I recently went to the used car lot of broadway volkswagen interested in purchasing a phaeton. Being that this was their flagship model I was surprised tat how disrespectful the sales team was. I told them that I would be purchasing the vehicle outright without financing and they responded by asking me all types of personal questions as if I could not afford the 30k vehicle. I had to demand that the sales manager come out before I could test drive the vehicle. Unfortunately he was disrespectful as well. I left feeling extremely offended. After telling several friends who had been there before about my experience, they agreed that Broadway VW has terrible customer service. I would never purchase a vehicle from here. \r
