Review content:
We recently moved to Greatwood and decided to try this vet because it was so convenient. While Dr. Anderson was very friendly and professional, I would not take my dog back there. The receptionist and the other young girls were too busy socializing to pay attention to the clients. I also did not like that they took our dog to another room to exam her and give her the routine shots. I like to see for myself that she is being given the proper attention. Also, a couple of weeks after our first visit, our dog got sick, throwing up, not eating and very lethargic. I called to see about bringing her in right away as we were leaving town the next morning. I called 3 times before the phone was answered. After explaining my situation to the girl answering the phone, she took my information and then asked me my cat's name. Since I had already told her several times that it was a dog, I became frustrated and just said never mind and went somewhere else. I did not like the unprofessional, uncaring
