Unlike the other review, I really liked the groomer. We have an older Bichon and she did a wonderful job with her. Prior to even bringing the dog in, I met with the groomer and asked many, many questions about her grooming methods. I was very pleased that her answers to my questions were exactly what I was wanting to hear. I was very specific in how we wanted her groomed. They took a long time with our dog because of her age so they wouldn't stress her out. I was very happy when I picked her up and will definitely take her back there.\r

I completely agree with the other reviewers about the staff. Whether in person or on the phone, they are very curt. They act like they are bothered when it comes to helping you. They are fake friendly and it really shows through. If there is a smile, it seems forced.
