Review content:
We have been using this vet since moving to Greatwood in 2005. While we are very pleased with our dog's care by the vet, we are considering finding a new one solely because of his office staff. We have found them to be extremely unfriendly and unprofessional, whether it's face to face in the waiting room or on the phone. They do not make the pet owner feel welcome, nor do they even act like they enjoy their work, much less the animals they are there to assist with. As a pet lover, I want to be absolutely sure that my "baby" is being treated with love and dignity when he is left with complete strangers, and I always leave this office wondering if they're cold and distant to my pet in my presence, what must they be like when he's there alone?
