I will never have another party at this establishment again! I had my son's 7th birthday party here on a Saturday, and when I arrived I found out that they were short staffed and had booked 14 parties that day. Once we got into the party room I had no hostess, my drinks were not all served to my kids till after they ate their pizza. I had to serve the pizza to my kids, I had to cut the cake and give it all to my guest. I ran out of plates and forks for the cake and was unable to find anyone to get me anymore. My family that attended the party also cleaned up the room due to the next party coming in and asking if we was going to clean it. I was NOT able to enjoy my son's birthday with him due to the fact that this place did not have enough staff to accomadate the parties that they overbooked. Also, when I called the GM Linda Frizzell, to let her know how bad of an exprience I had, she felt the only way to make it up was to give me some petty free bowling tickets. And then told me that t
