I agree the decor is lacking. I was so scared reading these reviews after taking my cat there, that I went and got a 2nd opinion when he recently was diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer. I went to another vet, then another place for ultrasound. Both places confirmed what Jill had said at Narberth. They both agreed on her treatment protocol. She was not incorrect or incompetent. Unless anyone here posting actually took the time to get a valid, 2nd opinion by a vet - I think it's unfair to self diagnose or second guess and badmouth a professional without concrete evidence.
