Review content:
Ordered flowers for a funeral. Ordered them on thursday morning for a friday funeral, to make a long story short the flowers were not delivered until after the funeral was over. I called several times and each time I received a different story. The first one: Was the flowers were delivered @ 10:00AM. This was a lie. Next story: Was the flowers were delivered at a different funeral home, I then pointed out the funeral home location was on my receipt, second lie....The next story: Was they were not given a time to have them @ the funeral home, even though their site clealy states flowers ordered before 10:00Am will be delivered the same day. THIRD LIE.... DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SHOP... I paid almost $70.00 for flowers that were there after the funeral. There are a lot better flower shops in the area that will treat their customers a lot better. THANKS FOR NOTHING WESTLAND FLORIST you have my money this time, NEVER AGAIN....
