Amazing! 9/20/2011

I came into the shop with a small amount of time before the wedding, because I had another florist screw me over. They were quick, listened to my problem, and agreed to take my order. The wedding was amazing. The flowers were there on time, and beautiful. I was able to get them at an amazing price, and I loved them. Three days after the ceremony and receptions the flowers are still beautiful and I will never go anywhere else for my flowers. :) Thank you all!! more

AVOID THEIR LIES 11/12/2010

Ordered flowers for a funeral. Ordered them on thursday morning for a friday funeral, to make a long story short the flowers were not delivered until after the funeral was over. I called several times and each time I received a different story. The first one: Was the flowers were delivered @ 10:00AM. This was a lie. Next story: Was the flowers were delivered at a different funeral home, I then pointed out the funeral home location was on my receipt, second lie....The next story: Was they were not given a time to have them @ the funeral home, even though their site clealy states flowers ordered before 10:00Am will be delivered the same day. THIRD LIE.... DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SHOP... I paid almost $70.00 for flowers that were there after the funeral. There are a lot better flower shops in the area that will treat their customers a lot better. THANKS FOR NOTHING WESTLAND FLORIST you have my money this time, NEVER AGAIN.... more

Flowers and more flowers 11/22/2005

Their staff is very friendly too, always a pleasure to deal with. Westland Florists also did the flowers for my daughter's wedding and everyone was amazed at how beautiful the bouquet's were, and they had no idea how cheap they were to buy. Just got married would recomment more

Awesome prices 11/8/2005

I am amazed everytime I go into Westland Florists at their incredible prices. Their staff is very friendly too, always a pleasure to deal with. Westland Florists also did the flowers for my daughter's wedding and everyone was amazed at how beautiful the bouquet's were, and they had no idea how cheap they were to buy! Their price for my daughters wedding didn't even come close to the high costs a few of the other local florist shops wanted! more

Family run floral shop speacializing in total customer satisfaction. Flowers are fresh daily, and there are no limits to the arrangements they will make for you. Prices very reasonable. Weddings are a snap for this store. They have done so many, they have many ideas in case you dont know exactly what you want. They can order any kind of flower, and have it delivered fresh the next day. PROS: Fresh CONS: none more
