Review content:
I had the misfortune of taking my dog here last night who was put to sleep. While dealing with the seriousness of my dog's illness, I was subjected to the incompetence & rudeness of the women who work here. There was more importance in getting the computer printer to work to process my credit card than the circumstances which brought me here. There was no courtesy or respect for my dog who was suffering and I had to listen to the technician go on and on about how she had worked 2 shifts...like I care about her problems? Anyway, if anyone from the VCA organization ever reads these emails, I pray to God they fire these people before anyone else has to suffer the indignity and disrespect of these people. Heavens only knows how they treat the animals who come there. All this said, I did find the vet who treated my dog to be very kind and supportive. But the women out front should be fired.
PROS: The vet was very nice
CONS: The staff is horrible
