I brought my dog here for a breed-specific problem which Dr. Russell claimed to have experience. It turns out she didn't, and after paying for a painful and expensive procedure, my dog's problem wasn't resolved as Dr. Russell had indicated it would be. We brought him back 8 days after the procedure so Dr. Russell could reexamine him; instead of simply examining him though, she wanted to repeat the procedure. When we said we didn't want that, her face turned bright red and she told us that we should go somewhere else, she wouldn't treat him. I cannot even begin to express my dissatisfaction with this vet.
