Dr. Russell and her staff have always taken excellent care of the numerous pets I own. I own so called dangerous breeds and she has never once been bias towards them. And with one pittie in particular, she suggested a new medication that just came onto the market and Abe who had been suffering for months, was vastly improved with just one week of treatment. \r

I have also brought in my dogs with an emergency with no appointment and they have always taken them right away and assessed their needs and treated them with the upmost care. She emails me on a regular basis to check up on my dogs and Dr. Cronin has also given me her phone number in case anything happened over the weekend to call her. You don't get that kind of "customer care" anymore and I am glad that I have Health Paws as my provider for all of my dogs needs.\r
