Although I ultimately found a dress that I liked (have not purchased and am looking elsewhere) I would not recommend this salon. First, I showed up for my appointment and no one greeted me or even said hello until the woman before me had finished paying. Then once they realized I was there to try on for the first time they warmed right up. The girl who helped me was nice but I've felt much more comfortable with other salons. The worst part was, the "room" where I was seated was directly beside the receptionist so I overheard them making nasty remarks about brides who had to reschedule and lost sales. They clearly don't have the bride in mind, only their own pocket books. Also, seems to be more expensive than other bridal stores in Kansas City.
