Review content:
I took my vehicle somewhere else and they told me the repairs I needed would cost well over $1,000. They also added that there were other "issues" that needed immediate repair and started rattling off dollar amounts. I told them no, just do what I told you to do. They charged me $60 to take my vehicle for a drive and called it diagnostic testing! The next day, I went to Best and they told me that there was nothing wrong with the part the other place was trying to charge me over $1,000 for. The problem was a $200 repair on a catalytic converter. I almost cried because Best was totally honest with me. They could have charged me for a part I didn't need, but they didn't. Yes, they are busy, but that's because they are honest. The owner is great... couldn't find a nicer person. If you need repairs and want honest, experienced mechanics that won't rip you off, go to Best.
