I'm in the process of looking for a new car. Went to an internet website and requested several quotes from nearby dealerships. This one takes the cake for rudeness and inefficiencies.
I had listed exactly what I wanted and all I needed is an out the door price. Being they are car salespeople I had expected some quote for sticker price of some sort. However, not only they quoted some ridiculous # they also quoted the car with so many unrequested options.
When I responded with a "thanks I got a better deal somewhere else" the reply was downright rude and saying basically that "the other dealership lied to you when they quoted you that price." Suffice to say that I won't deal with this person or company anymore.
I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. If you're looking for a toyota, I suggest going to either Sunshine Toyota at battlecreek or Suburban toyota at troy. Much nicer and professional people.
