I went to get my dog microchipped and vacinated. My dog was taken into the back, behind closed doors. He came back out, with a cut over his eye. There was some cream on the cut. I asked the staff about it....and they took the dog back to the vet in the backroom and came out shortly after and told me that he must have scratched himself when they put a muzzle on him. They weren't even up front with me about, I should never have had to ask why my dog had a gash on his head.\r

The only time that I ever saw the vet was when she came out to try to sell me other products. Are there any good vetz in east lansing?
