Review content:
They were able to get me in the same day I called, which was good. However, I was not impressed. The office was in serious need of maintenance (large chunks of paint peeling from the ceiling), and just didn't look clean. I had to wait about 15 minutes in an open room with lots of dogs barking and people walking in and out, which really upset my cat. I wanted to walk out at that point because I didn't feel comfortable, but it was late Friday afternoon and I really needed to get the cat seen. The vet was competent and investigated the problem thoroughly, but did not discuss prices of extra tests that she was running and didn't ask if I wanted those extra tests done, just went ahead and did them. She also charged me for a "comprehensive exam," but only examined my cat's head, didn't check his abdomen, heart, lungs, etc. I left feeling nickle and dimed, and in need of a good hand washing. I won't be going back.
PROS: The vet seems competent, and they were able to schedule a same-d
