I pulled into Rick's muffler several months ago with what I thought was a broken exhaust clamp or hanger, but it was plenty loud whatever it was!\r

Rick quickly got my car on a lift and then showed me that the entire rear section of the exhaust (I had paid to replace it not that long ago at a different shop) was rusting through and had one large hole that was causing all the racket.\r

I couldn't afford to replace it again at that time and asked if there was an alternative. Rick said that he could try to weld the hole as a temporary fix and that it would cost "about" $20.00. I agreed and he worked on the weld for a little over 20-minutes.\r

When he had finished, I asked how much I owed him and he said "no charge, just bring it back to me when you have to replace it-- don't worry, we'll take good care of you!". You could have knocked me over with a feather-- no charge after putting close to a half-hour labor in!\r
