5 Stars - Mark did a great job for me! He evaluated the problem and explained what needed to be done so I could understand it. He fixed my plugged drain and cleaned up well after he was finished. Mark suggested ways to avoid plugging the drain in the future and even warned me about a potential problem with my dishwasher drain, which, as it turns out, he was correct about. I'll ask for Mark the next time I need a plumber.
