After reading the description of service performed: replaced fillvalve and flapper in one commode and replaced flapper in another commode plus repaired leak on existing hosebibb by using a used part, I feel I was taken advantage of by being a woman. Total job took 15-20" and parts were minimal leaving a labor charge of approximately $330 for 15". After sharing this experience with neighbors and friends, I felt compelled to contact the Better Business Bureau for resolution of outrageous price charged. I have stopped payment on check.
