the first problem i had was when i was going to do there new years eve special. i had a death in the family and had to leave town. i called austins at least 4 times to get my name off the list, and the told me as long as i didnt show up, i wouldnt be charged. sure enough, they next day i was charged 260 dollars. the problem was, i just spent all my money on a plane ticket to go to a funeral, so i didnt have that. so i was also charged overdraft fees. they took off the 265, but i had to pay 30 dollars in fees, and there manager still has not called me back to give me the money. will never go here again. you go to have a good time, but i always leave disapointed.
