Review content:
This place is a high-volume dental clinic that runs people through their operation like an assembly line. Walls of the rooms are covered with marketing-driven cosmetic procedure pitches along with the flat-panel LCD TV's alternating the same pitch with thinly veiled stress reducing messages. It appears that most clients are Delta Dental HMO patients or have similar insurance coverage. Prices are quoted while the patient is vulnerable and, in my case, lying in the chair, reclined, with bib attached, with high intensity light in my face. However my charges were different after procedures are performed. Low cost solutions are downplayed, even if covered under insurance coverage. The selling is done by the billing person, not the dentist. If there is any question on insurance coverage, previously scheduled appointments are not honored prior to resolution. No trust here regardless of past payment history or cost of current procedure. The billing staff and the dentists appear to be independe
