I read. The other reviews which I thought were crap! The staff is great and they have diff options for helping u work out diff. Payment options. They are contracted with almost anyone so their fore can't rip u off. They have almost every specialist! The hygienist is pushy but u can always say no and not do the extras she recommend. I would recommend u try for yourself more

Total Scam. Prices are made up and inflated. I had the same experience as the other 2 people that gave a one star review. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to my appointment. I will not be going back. more

This is a professional scam operation. The receptionists are friendly and professional and the office is very appealing but beware once you step inside for an assessment. Trust me you will have gum disease on your first visit. On a root canal diagnosis which was done in a connecting office under the same roof their bill was 665.00. My insurance covers that procedure up to 165.00(antibiotics included). I called my insurance who called the practice to find the reason for the extra cost. Their response was, I had an obstructed canal which is more complicated and I had to pay $100.00 for antibiotics. That was the first time I heard that diagnosis. The 665.00 amount was quoted before my visit to their endodontist and confirmed again after I saw their endodontist. I had a second opinion done and that real endodondist said I definitely did not have an obstructed canal and that my root canal was not a necessary procedure. I was so embarrassed about my teeth I never went to the dentist, eventually I was in constant pain, I couldn't even drink water. My daughter made me see her dentist. I have to say I would recommend Dr. Dang to ANYBODY who has my fear of dentists- she really made it comfortable for me. I needed a rootcanal and had to see a specialist but was able to see one in the building next door. I don't know anything about our insurance and the office handled everything for me and even called to see how I was feeling the next day. I never expected such caring service. more

This place is a high-volume dental clinic that runs people through their operation like an assembly line. Walls of the rooms are covered with marketing-driven cosmetic procedure pitches along with the flat-panel LCD TV's alternating the same pitch with thinly veiled stress reducing messages. It appears that most clients are Delta Dental HMO patients or have similar insurance coverage. Prices are quoted while the patient is vulnerable and, in my case, lying in the chair, reclined, with bib attached, with high intensity light in my face. However my charges were different after procedures are performed. Low cost solutions are downplayed, even if covered under insurance coverage. The selling is done by the billing person, not the dentist. If there is any question on insurance coverage, previously scheduled appointments are not honored prior to resolution. I was looking for a new dentist office because my insurance no longer was accepting the location I was currently going to. I found Anaheim Hills Dental Group through my dental insurance. I found their office to be exceptional and I was plesantly surprised! The first impression you get when you come into the office is a very CLEAN environment. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, which is so refreshing. The office in itself seemed to be rather hi-tech, which I really admire, I want a dental office that is on the leading edge! The entire staff was very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends. more
