Review content:
I took my cat in to be checked as it appeared her leg was broken. They did not do any radiographs on her leg and determined she was bitten by another cat. They sent her home with antibiotics. Three weeks later the wound had gotten worse. I was then seen by regular vet and it was determined that she was not bit at all. She suffered from a broken leg. I spoke with VCA in regards to my situation. The Dr. that examined her stated "I hate when I miss something!" I requested that I be refunded the cost of the visit which was $400.00. They refused to refund my visit. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. My cat suffered one month before the real diagnosis was determined. By this time the vet bill to perform surgery on her leg has jumped in $2000.00. I would be cautious when choosing this clinic. The staff there has absolutely no compassion or caring for the beloved pets they treat.
