Review content:
We moved from out of state and were given beautiful pictures, and lots of info online. We were told on the phone that this was a duplex and was newly renovated with an allowance of 4 pets and there was a dog area and gym, none of which is true unless renovation means a poor paint job and carpeting. We drove 900 miles to be rushed through the contract and tour because the manager was getting off of work. She told us that the laundry facilities (two washers and two dryers for the whole complex)were in great standing and the dryers dried a load in one cycle, which it usually takes about two thanks to all the lint beneath the trap (also a fire hazard). The first night was the worst, the walls are paper thin and the people above us had dogs, we were up most of the night listening to them run around. We had to ask the maintenance man a few days later where to put our trash.\r
