I lived in the apt for almost 2 years. The apartment was not that terrible (we had a corner unit so we didn't have neighbor noise issues) but the management had issues. \r \r The first manager wrote a letter for something that was informal (ie holiday lights) and then did not write a letter about us apparently owing them hundreds of dollars for not paying the "pet rent." We checked our lease that we had resigned (which increased with each new lease) to make sure we knew the pet rent was included in our new rent total and when we nicely addressed this with the manager we were told "oh, so you're going to get ugly about this" and threatened lawyers I believe. We consulted many people to make sure it made sense that we understood our lease correctly and wondered why we never received a formal letter about this problem. Terrible place to live. 7/27/2007

We moved from out of state and were given beautiful pictures, and lots of info online. We were told on the phone that this was a duplex and was newly renovated with an allowance of 4 pets and there was a dog area and gym, none of which is true unless renovation means a poor paint job and carpeting. We drove 900 miles to be rushed through the contract and tour because the manager was getting off of work. She told us that the laundry facilities (two washers and two dryers for the whole complex)were in great standing and the dryers dried a load in one cycle, which it usually takes about two thanks to all the lint beneath the trap (also a fire hazard). The first night was the worst, the walls are paper thin and the people above us had dogs, we were up most of the night listening to them run around. When we first started renting here, management was courteous and friendly. The building was maintained well, and the front office took care of packages and service requests well. \r \r Since then however, they have replaced the front office managers and now the lady that works there is NEVER there. What's the point in having a front office if it's never open? She would take frequent breaks whenever she was in, and would always leave early. \r \r They have also totally abandoned their current residents so they could upgrade their apartments. They jacked up their prices so people would move out, and constantly have workers climbing on ladders up to your balcony at 8 in the morning to work on really "important" things like the balcony railing. *sigh*\r Imagine sleeping and then getting woken up by a guy hammering on your 2nd floor balcony at 8 in the morning. They never informed us of this, and since that first time, it has happened constantly for the last 3 months that we lived there. We eve more
