My experience has been off and on...Dr. Morales seems wonderful, no complaints with her. They have another doctor there that I think gave my cat another strain of bacteria at her infection site. I have seen two vet techs there, one seems nice and handles my cat as gently as possible, and the other who man-handles my cat (who is so gentle and cooperative in nature that she barely squirms when a finger is put in her bum to examine her anal sacs). Overall, I will not go back. I like Dr. Morales a lot, but I've gotten the terrible tech in 8/9 visits, and I will not stand for that kind of treatment.
