Hi there,\r \r There is currently a problem with ****BEDBUG INFESTATION**** at The Woods.\r \r Korman is trying to conserve costs and keep the problem a secret, instead of taking it seriously and getting rid of it.\r \r My building has been infested for 5 or 6 months now, according to one of my infested neighbors.\r \r Korman's response at that time was to have an exterminator spray in his apartment. They did NOT heat-treat, they did NOT inspect the adjacent units, and they did NOT notify the other tenants. Any good exterminator will tell you it's necessary to heat-treat if you're serious, and find out the extent of the problem before treating.\r \r My apartment was ALREADY infested, and the upstairs tenant had ALREADY been forced to vacate, and my next-door neighbors had just mysteriously moved out, when Korman finally decided to notify me of the problem. They denied me the opportunity to prepare, to start vacuuming, etc., and as a result of their negligence, the problem is worse than it needs
