At Cornell's Jewelers, customer service is very important to me, as relationship building is the basis of our business. In response to the spoiled birthday surprise, I take responsibility and apologize for this unfortunate situation. Unfortunately, I unintentionally sent a birthday card to this customer before her birthday. Since then, contact was made with the customer and efforts were made to make amends for my error.I am very sorry that I have caused such a disappointing experience; this was never my intention.Sincerely,The guilty salesperson that feels terrible
