I just moved to Asheville about 2 weeks ago and googled salons in Asheville. Eclipse had great reviews so I called and explained my hair type and asked for a recommendation. The receptionist suggested Kaci.....what a horrible mistake. Not only did she make me feel like she was pressured for time, mentioning that I better hurry up and decide if I wanted it shorter because of time, but she gave me the worst haircut I have ever had. The experience was awful and when I called the next morning to have it fixed, the receptionist told me I could switch hairdressers and they would fix it for free. Then she changed her story and told me I had to go to Kaci or it would cost another 50 dollars. At that point, I did not trust that salon, let alone Kaci. I would never recommend this salon and beware, if you don't like your cut, expect to pay 50 or be treated like dirt and get the cut fixed by the same butcher.
