I joined the wellness plan, was talked into the best plan, and each time I took my dog for illnesses I was charged for every little thing and tests were ordered that were not needed sometimes they would run the same tests in a span of a few days and got charged even more for same blood work. They suggested very expensive tests and procedures and when I shopped around I found that the same test could had for a lot less. The vets were nice but overzealous, the regular staff not very organized and poorly trained, they seem more concerned with loading up charges than doing want is honest and prudent.
