Really over priced compared to a walkin vet. the plan sounds great but when you visit, they keep adding more and more that are not covered, between test and meds. a simple neuter that we were told was covered is costing us more every visit. The puppy was is great health, and checked a week before,, the vet screwed up, and its costing us because the additional treatment and meds are not covered.Do Not use Banfield. I would never subject my pet to that kind of service and discomfort again...
