My 2003 Envoy has been in for service 4 times (49 days) in a 3 month period for the SAME PROBLEM. They recommended a service 90,000 miles ahead of what GM recommends and since then my car sounds like a diesel engine and leaks coolant into the engine (it doesn't leak out to the ground). They want me to keep returning while they continue to "replace parts" and make claims to my extended warranty. At this point I feel my engine has been completely damaged, yet they want to keep playing around. Have contacted GM customer support and they are useless as well. They also want me to return so they can keep milking the warranty. Have sent a letter to a VP of GM, as well as the Better Business Bureau. It's no wonder GM is in the state it's in. I will NEVER buy another car from this dealer, nor take it back there for service and would NOT recommend that anyone else does, either! PROS: NONE! Absolutely none! CONS: Recommend unncessary service. Can't/won't make repairs. Patronizing.
