Oh! Mulligan's has a buffet during lunch and they change the main entrées on the buffet all the time. I like the variety of what they offer both in the menu and off the buffet. The salad bar has an impressive spread and is worth the cost of the buffet alone. Another favorite of our group is the Cobb Salad. The waitresses we have had there have all been attentive and the service is always a good pace - even during the ACC tournament and it's a sports bar! It's also convenient to most of RTP and you don't have to wait 30 minutes for a table during the lunch rush hour.
