O'mulligans

I abhor smoke, so I was disappointed to learn that Oh! Mulligans didn't have a non-smoking section. However, the waiter/manager guy let us take over the back room, which wasn't even open to avoid the smoke. That was classy. Our friendly waitress, Becca, came over promptly and brought us drinks and then our potato skins (very good). We tossed darts (they're just there in the back room - they don't charge to rent the darts!) while we waited for our dinner. That was pretty good. And the music wasn't bad either - top 40s. My friend and I had fun dancing a little bit, but the guys at the bar enjoyed that a little too much so we didn't do it very much. Between the three of us, we got 2 hamburgers, the Buffalo chicken sandwich, steak fries, and curly fries. All of it was good. I'm not sure the service would have been so good if it had been busier, but things were pretty calm since none of the local teams were playing basketball. I'm really looking forward to going back - especially on a Thursday, martini special night. more

Oh' Mulligans, located off of Airport Blvd in Morrisville is a popular local hang out for a lot of people working in the RTP area. With great happy hour specials on different types of beer from around the world and appetizers, Oh' Mulligans offers a great atmosphere to grab a bite while taking in a game on the big screen with your friends . Oh! Mulligan's has a buffet during lunch and they change the main entrées on the buffet all the time. I like the variety of what they offer both in the menu and off the buffet. The salad bar has an impressive spread and is worth the cost of the buffet alone. Another favorite of our group is the Cobb Salad. The waitresses we have had there have all been attentive and the service is always a good pace - even during the ACC tournament and it's a sports bar! It's also convenient to most of RTP and you don't have to wait 30 minutes for a table during the lunch rush hour. more
