Review content:
In an emergency, I brought my dog here. They helped her recover from a life-threatening condition, but while she was hospitalized I felt like I had to pull teeth to get information from the techs. Unfortunately, she was quarantined so we couldn't go there to visit and ask questions in person. The techs gave conflicting information from call to call (which was especially disturbing since we couldn't physically be with her). The bill was huge, but I can't speak to it because I don't know what most of the items are or if everything was necessary (it would have been nice if someone reviewed it during or after her hospitalization). They did help her recover, and my dog is healthy again, which is the most important thing. And in an emergency, it's better to have their care than nothing at all. For a serious or chronic illness (if it's not a rush-to-the-hospital situation), I would choose to go elsewhere. PROS: Saved my dog CONS: Questions as to quality of care
