Review content:
We bought extended warranties with Lowe's for all our appliances that we purchased there. Landreth's and one other is the contract servicemen for our area. We have had him out more than once and every time he has been rude belittled not only his wife but my own. He had to replace a pump on our washing machine and dented the floor by just slamming the washer down onto it. Didn't even apologize. Acted like it didn't even happen. If I could rate him lower than a one I would. If someone from Lowe's can read this, this is also why I won't be purchasing anymore appliances from you because this reflect on you on who you choose to do your service. This guy treats his customers like gold from other reviews I've read and the Lowe's service ones like dirt.
