Don't use them. He broke my dryer power button and start button and claimed that they were like that when he found them. They absolutely weren't. I had just used the dryer, and we're extremely careful when we use it. They were like new. He also said that it happens when you spray cleaner on the front, which we never have done. \r \r Mind you, he got the job he was supposed to do done, but raised his voice at me when telling me what a horrible thing I had done putting a critter guard on the outside of the dryer vent. I will not be using them again, and will let my extended family know as well. The part he broke, which he refuses to replace, costs more than four times what the part he replaced costs. I gave him two stars because the part he came to fix, he fixed, and his prices were not unreasonable. more

We bought extended warranties with Lowe's for all our appliances that we purchased there. Landreth's and one other is the contract servicemen for our area. We have had him out more than once and every time he has been rude belittled not only his wife but my own. He had to replace a pump on our washing machine and dented the floor by just slamming the washer down onto it. Didn't even apologize. Acted like it didn't even happen. If I could rate him lower than a one I would. If someone from Lowe's can read this, this is also why I won't be purchasing anymore appliances from you because this reflect on you on who you choose to do your service. This guy treats his customers like gold from other reviews I've read and the Lowe's service ones like dirt. more

In short......although he came by very late (a plus, I thought at the time - not so much now), his immediate diagnosis was that the refrigerator was hopelessly compromised because it had a leak somewhere in the system where he couldn't get at it. His advice was to scrap the thing (which ad worked beautifully for 7+ years), and allow him to add some coolant to save our food while we shopped around. Long story short - the coolant not only didn't work, the temperature took an abrupt spike, and upon further inspection, I found that the vents in the rear of the freezer were clogged, and once cleared, the air flow improved dramatically (unfortunately, it clogged again very quickly, and after calling another service, the problem was discovered to be a bad control board - $200. Problem solved. On inspection, the other serviceman said ""I haven't used a bullet valve since the early 1980's"", and proceeded to show us that it was placed so shoddily that it was practically hemorrhaging coolant. They have done good work for our other appliances (washer / dryer), but this was lazy (to be kind), a serious screwup, and cost us money. Thus my review. more

I will never again use this company to to repair anything I own. He came by the first day and assured me that my ice maker was fixed. He then called me two days later to make sure it was still working. It wasn't and I let him know that it still wasn't making ice. He came by later that day and was very rude to me and actually got in my face and was fussing at me for supposedly touching my ice maker. He struck me as the kind of person who assumes that women haven't a thought in their head and couldn't possibly know anything about refrigerators. I tried to explain what was wrong with it, but he would not listen. He actually yelled at me for touching the bar on the ice maker, when that bar was exactly like he left it two days before. I did not choose this company, I have a warranty company that chose Landreth's. He was very unprofessional and incompetent. more

Our Whirlpool Washer broke down right after the warranty had expired (no surprise there). We heard that Landreth did good work on repairs so we had them fix it. It wasn't as expensive as we thought it would be and they had it back to us pretty quickly. We'd definitely use them again. more

Landreths is a family run business that prides itself for its service in repairs and an excellent variety of appliances. Their service is timely and their rapairmen are factory trained and very professional. They respond quickly and do excellent work. I would recommend them to everyone. more
