Review content:
I decided to try Berger when my Saturn headlights went out on the way home. I had been having recurring problems that the Saturn dealership had been unable to correct, so I thought I might as well give someone new a chance. And Berger was close by. I was hopeful, but when I arrived I had to wait for a long time in the dingy lobby area. Then someone came out and looked under the hood and said they needed to replace the spark plug wires. Didn't make a load of sense, but I decided to leave it and see if they could get it fixed. I was feeling a bit uneasy about it. They offered a ride home and I took it. The guy drove way too fast, and smelled of beer. He even discussed that he had been out late and had only slept an hour or so. My uneasiness was heightened now, and I had him turn back around to the shop. I took my car to Saturn instead. Scary place was Berger.
