Very satisfied with the repair 1/21/2014

I was very satisfied with the repair Berger Auto Parts & Service did for me. They are very fair and honest people, and they have good technicians who seem to be able to get the job done. I had a runability problem with a car of mine. I took it to a couple other shops, but they couldn't figure it out. I took it to Dan, and he had the problem repaired in about a day. more

Mediocre 1/15/2014

Berger Auto Parts & Service did oil changes for ten vehicles in our company and other general maintenance. Last time I went there, I took my business truck in and dropped it off for them and they told me to come back in an hour, it will be ready for me. Well, when I left, they put a bunch of vehicles in front of me so I had to wait another hour. I'm honestly going to go somewhere else next time because that really $@!#% me off. Prior to that, with all the other vehicles, they've done a good job most of the time. Ben F. more

It would be a smart move to check out Berger Auto! 12/17/2013

We have a home in Fort Wayne, and whenever our vehicles need work done, we always take them to Berger Auto & Service. We have been going there for 5-6 years. They always identify the problem and correct what needs to be done. They do whatever they say they will, and they do it at a reasonable rate. The staff and managers are always very good and friendly. If you have a problem with your car, Berger Auto & Service will be a good place to start. They will surely identify your problem. They're definitely a smart move! more

Been excellent all the way through 12/2/2013

We've been going to Berger Auto Part for many, many years and they did a headlight on my granddaughter's car. Prior to that, they've done numerous oil changes on my vehicles. I continue to use them because they do a good job and I trust them. more

I can't say enough about Berger Auto. 11/22/2013

I've been a customer of Berger Auto Parts & Service for 30-some odd years. I've never had a problem with them. They have some key personnel who are very helpful and knowledgeable. They put things in a terminology where people can understand what they're saying. They're very honest and upfront with the estimate and any problems they have. They do all of our work on our cars and everything. Robert freeman especially is very good. If I have any problems, I go to him. Or if my kids have any problems, I'll always refer them to Robert. He's very informative and very good at what he does. He's honest. Mr. Berger and his wife are wonderful as well. I know them personally. Debbie and all of the contact people that I usually speak with are very good. It's a very good move to have your vehicle serviced by Berger Auto because they're very upfront and honest. They're very dependable. If there's a problem they can't fix, they'll tell you and refer you to somebody else. They're very honest people. more

I recommend Berger Auto to anyone that needs car service! 11/19/2013

I had an emergency flat tire and needed to replace the tire. Berger Auto Parts & Service searched far and wide for the tire. They were just very helpful. They had a shuttle service to help me get to where I needed to go and back again. All of the staff was very friendly--the driver, the people behind the desk, and everyone else I interacted with. At Berger Auto they are friendly, honest, and helpful. I have a very good experience. more

I've taken my car to Berger Auto Parts & Service for a long time. They do oil changes and other repairs for me, and it has been fantastic. Josh, the head of the mechanical department, is just a joy. Anything I take in, he solves for me! more

Robert is great 7/9/2013

Berger Auto Parts and Service is a good place. Robert takes really good care of me. My review is more about Robert but most of their staff seems to know what they are doing and I get along well with them. There has only been 1 or 2 staff members awhile back I am not fond of but I just ask for Robert to work on my cars and he does just great work. He deserves 5 stars and the shop deserves 4 stars. I have been going there nearly 15 years and will stay loyal to Robert. more

In today's world, I find it hard to find good people who provide good service. For the past years that has been my exact experience with Berger. The people are very nice, and I always get excellent service from them. I have never once felt that they have overcharged for something. more
