Review content:
Berger had been recommended to us by a friend, and we were not happy at all with the service we received. On two occasions, they were able to fix the car's problem, but it took longer than expected and the prices seemed high. On the third, they charged us for a repair, and when I went to the parking lot to start the vehicle, it had exactly the same problem for which I had brought it in! We had to pay again to have the actual problem fixed.
