Horrible Customer service. I e mailed the company about a Suomy SPC R1 helment. They never emailed me back, So Three days later I called, and left a message. Still no call back. So finally I got ahold of parts. I was on hold for 10 min. before my line was put to voice mail because they closed. I called back and left my name and number for that person to call me back. NOTHING image that. If they didn't have the helment I was looking for I was going to buy the another helment I wanted for $700 dollars, and have them ship it to me. I guess they didn't want my money. So i kept it local. Its pretty sad the customer service this company has. I will never spend a penny here...or ever waste my time. Ive passed the word around to all my friends in the motoscooter world.. Stay away from this operation... \r
