My knee replacement surgery was performed by Dr. Murata. Dr. Eager was covering for the group over the weekend. He came into my room, did not introduce himself, and proceeded to accuse me of pulling out my catheter. He was insulting, rude, raising his voice and most importantly WRONG. He blamed the nurses, stating they had told him I had pulled the catheter, which they did not, nor had had I. It was a woman in another room. He did not apologize until my husband spoke with him, and then apologized like a petulant child stating he said he was sorry, what else could he do?? which he repeated several times. I was so distraught, crying, frightened and embarrassed. He was a menace to my emotional state!!!
