Let me start by saying that at first my experience at this day care was relieving. My family and I were going through somethings with my mom and I needed to put my kids in a well trusted daycare. After about 1 1/2 months I started worrying about my kids. First, they wanted to move my son from the infant room to the 18+ room and I let them. (I guess it was so that they could put another child in the infant room, therefore they make either "more" money or they had another 18+ month year old move up and needed to fill the spot to meet their quota). That's when all of the problems started surfacing. My child who was 16 months at the time was continuously being bit. (Let me say that my husband and I were VERY graceful). They kept apoligizing and we accepted. After being bit more than 5 times in a month span and 2 times were unreported (My Daughter is NOT a biter) my husband and I started to question what was actually happening in the room. At the same time, my 2 year old daughter would come
