Review content:
I hate this store. They are to slow, the lines are to long and they have you waiting for ever. I will not shop at this particular store on fordham. I was on line for 2 hours just waiting to see a customer service rep. you call the sprint 1800..they act like they don't know nothing and then you are forced to go to the store. This store needs some training on how to handle their consumer load. I don't want to waste my whole day in a phone store.
