To slow 9/21/2007

I hate this store. They are to slow, the lines are to long and they have you waiting for ever. I will not shop at this particular store on fordham. I was on line for 2 hours just waiting to see a customer service rep. you call the sprint 1800..they act like they don't know nothing and then you are forced to go to the store. This store needs some training on how to handle their consumer load. I don't want to waste my whole day in a phone store. more

I like this place 10/12/2005

The sprint store right on Fordham is a good place to go if you looking for a deal. The can tranfer information like pictures and your phone # fast and easy free of charge. The newest phone models are right there on the floor for you to touch and play with. The sales people are really cool and know there stuff. If I remember corectly the store is open from 9:30am to around 8:00pm. If your in the Fordham area don't waist yourtime with any other sprint stores. more
