We have been so very pleased with Heartland Animal Hospital. Our family rescued its very first dog in 2005. Since then the staff here has shared their extensive knowledge to help us confidently care for Roonie. With their help, this important member of our family gets the proper nutrition, grooming and health care (maintenance and preventative). Dr. Jennifer Hart identified Roonie's heart murmur and she has been incredibly thorough in his care. She has always explained all procedures and/or options available in any circumstance of Roonie's care, to help us make educated and informed decisions on his behalf. The staff here is friendly, patient, and gentle. They welcome calls and questions or concerns. They are great at making each visit comfortable for the pet and pet owners. The facility is always clean and organized. They do a fantastic job of following up with their patients and tracking necessary procedures or vaccines for our dog in a timely manner.
