Review content:
We have been taking our 4-legged ?children? to Heartland for 16 years. The entire staff is friendly, extremely competent, compassionate and their bedside manner is absolutely outstanding whether the visit is for a routine exam or saying ?good bye? to a beloved pet. All phone calls are promptly returned by either the doctor or a staff member and follow-up calls by the doctor after a visit is normal. Procedures and costs are explained in detail and any questions answered. When necessary a referral to a specialist is provided. We know our 4-legged ?children? are in good hands when we walk through the front doors at Heartland.
