As to Andrew G. With the Mitsubishi outlander.When the vehicle first came in, the brakes had been severly overheated,an estimate was given and Mr.G. Authorized the repairs.Brake pads and rotors had been purchased from Concord Mitsubishi (receipt verified)Mr.G. returned 2 months later and said he had heard a noise.I advised him we would check it out within 1 hr.He came back 6 hrs later.Mr. G. Was advised we could not duplicate or find anything,but if noise persisted to return.That was the last I had heard from him.
