Review content:
I took my puppy to the VCA for a few months and was never very happy with it. The girls at reception were nice, but I felt like the vets and vet techs never really took the time to explain what I needed to know. When I had my dog neutered, I was very bothered by the fact that the only information they provided was the answers to questions I thought to ask. I had never had a dog neutered before, how was I supposed to know what to ask? About a month later my dog's stitches still had not dissolved and he seemed to be feeling sick so I tried to call and make an appt for him but they had decided to close 3 hours early for the day! Finally I was fed up. On a recommendation from my groomer I took my dog to the vet at Petsmart where the vet was very thorough in providing all of the information I needed (and they cost a lot less too). I will be taking my dog to Petsmart's Animal Hospital from now on.
