If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've gone here because of convenience and being that my dog was the first pet I owned, I didn't realize that it was different other places. Every time I went in they tried to guilt me into services that my dog didn't even need. I blew it off thinking that I would be able to read between the lines and fend them off. Recently my dog became very ill and it was very difficult to read between the lines when I was grieving for him. They tried to guilt me into $300 of testing and as it turned out in the end he only actually had needed $180 worth. I had to beg the assistant to tell me what he actually needed and did not. The vet spent an hour after the testing telling me everything that was NOT wrong with my dog and then told me that he had kidney failure at the end of his tirade. He then proceeded to tell me what he would do if my dog was a human. He's a dog not a human!! I was so heart broken and I felt so helpless. They wanted a long drawn out
